Who Qualifies
We're selective. Only 10-15 mentor spots available. We approve based on production, experience, and leadership mindset. This program only works if mentors are the real deal.
You should apply if you're:
- Doing 10+ deals per year consistently
- 3+ years in the real estate business
- Open to meeting with mentees monthly
- Genuinely interested in building others up
- Interested in eventually building a team
How mentorship works:
- Duration: Up to 12 months OR until mentee closes 5 deals, whichever comes first
- Mentees: 1 to 3 at a time - you choose what you can handle
- Commitment: Monthly 1-on-1 calls + available for quick questions
- Scope: Deals, CRM, marketing, negotiations, mindset
- After graduation: Option to invite mentee to join your team officially
- If it's not working: We'll reassign the mentee or end the pairing. No hard feelings. You're not stuck.
